Improved audio output levels on battery alarm and keyboard touch

Restored EEPROM.begin(). Shouldn’t have been moved in 3.0.8.

Change update directory: starting now, I’m breaking myself of the bad habit of using the update directory to load unreleased versions onto my small fleet of test controllers. Now I have a different directory dedicated to my development work.

Moved “No Update” message location (appears on Status page when Updates CHECK NOW returns empty-handed).
