The Roadrunner Comfort does not need any external server connection or internet connection in order to function.
It does not collect any data that can be traced back to you. Any data that it collects is fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to any customer.
It has no camera or microphone.
It keeps its software updated by checking nightly for updates and correct time. You can disable software updates.
